These panels are simple peel and stick! It cannot get any easier to install them! The adhesive might take some of the paint off when you remove the panels, especially if the paint is a flat paint and not a high gloss paint.
If you need a temporary install without damaging your wall use a coroplast sheet, cardboard, or something similar as a backing for the hexagon panels. Then, you can use 3m command strips from the backing to your wall.
