I joined the fully remote workforce earlier this year and due to the nature of my work, I need to use a large external RAID that’s hooked up to a Dropbox server and OMG…it makes so much noise! I hate it, but it was the only solution for the huge amount of files I work with. “You’ll get used to it,” my colleague told me. But it was like sitting in a formerly quiet room next to a kid slurping up the remnants of a milkshake. I actually bought a long cable so I could move it outside of my office during the summer, but I knew I couldn’t keep it outdoors as a solution. So, I bought it back in and created a bit of soundproofing….but then at night, as the server updated files, we could hear it slurping away through the wall of our bedroom closet! As a Hail Mary, I decided to get acoustic tiles on the wall to prevent the sound from emanating through the walls and entering our usually stone quiet bedroom. I love my home office; it’s very stylish, so didn’t want ugly grey foam. So, I was delighted to find they sold them in various colors now. So, not only does it look good, but it works perfectly and we can sleep in peace. ---

Hey Phil! Some pics of my completed sound-treated studio. Gotta admit, I had my doubts. But it’s better than I could’ve ever dreamed. The second you enter, all sound reflection is sucked away. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to walk me through the process. You went above and beyond and saved my thousands from having to buy a sound booth.

Great, dense, and bulky acoustic foam

Great acoustic foam, purchased these for my wife's setup. It has been almost 3 years and they are still looking great and staying up with a couple of 3M command strips. They arrived with some slight discoloration and some persistent creases, but they are not very noticeable and I had forgotten about those issues until writing this review.

Product: Acoustic foam and bass traps
I'm really happy with the treated sound I got from using SoundAssured acoustic wedge's, and bass traps!!! Apart from reducing the reverb, it also made my room look very stylish. I would give a 5-star rating for how effective it works, and for how well packaged I got it. Sturdy material and a pretty scratch resistant finish. You will need something to use as a flat backing (12x12 cardstock or chipboard) so that you can then adhere it to the wall with command strips or spray adhesive.

Works as expected for treating ceiling in my listening room. I have them over each speaker and over the actual listening seats. Have even used them for first reflection points as well. Actually white in color not ivory as in some of the reviews for other items that are similar and that alone makes it look less intrusive. Easily hung with 9 small pieces of double sided tape along edges and one in center. Just enough to be moveable if not as straight as you would like or to relocate. If I need additional I will come back for sure.

Bought this for me and my sons new home YouTube Studio. Bought Red, black, and white (colors of a Poké ball.) This product is very good quality and very fairly priced. This is much denser than other foam I wasted money on!

My studio space is tiny. It’s literally a walk-in closet with my desk and equipment. Not ideal, but it’s all I have. I decided to start collecting acoustic treatment for when I move to a better space, and mounted them bc why not? I had no clue how much that room was coloring/ruining my mixes until I put up 3” wedges and 12x12x12 bass traps to tame early reflections. My studio has become a MUCH better environment for critical listening. The foam also ships full size. No compression. I’m not a patient person, so the ability to be done within an hour or two is really awesome.

These are easily the best foam Ive ever purchased. They feel very high quality and my mic sounds better when they're near. I record in a small room so 12 is plenty. They're heavy so get something good to hang it up with.

The Rosy Beige color is very muted; keep in mind the "beige" part as it is not as pink as they appear in the product images. However, it still looks lovely in my Studio and - more importantly - the acoustic foam does what it's supposed to. Great to prep your recording area with more of a unique look! Here is a photo of my setup using different colors in my design. The Rosy foam can be seen on the right side of the picture.

I work at home and have these all over the outside of my office door. These have significantly dulled the sounds from my wife and children.. I have showed pictures to my coworkers who also work at home. They will be purchasing these also. The tiles arrived very quickly and I have no issues with quality. These have stood up to a two year old "testing" their sturdiness. If I need more in the future I would order these ones again. To attach them I recommend spray adhesive.

Product was very easy to install. I used 3M Mounting Tape, 3/4" x 350", about 4 pieces per wedge. I noticed an immediate improvement with the acoustics within my den/home theater. The seller contacted me 2x to ensure I knew how to install the product and provided a document to show the best way to ensure proper setup. Would highly recommend this to anyone with a home theater or just looking to improve acoustic quality. The product's color was a perfect match to the color scheme used in the room.
